Windows of Opportunity Program

Through the Windows of Opportunity program, CITYarts identifies artistically talented youth who participate in our creative projects. We guide these individuals in further cultivating their talents through studies at arts institutions, learning centers, and other special projects. CITYarts also works to connect such talented young people with professional artists who offer their support in guidance towards higher education, hands-on experience in studio work, and career advice.
