What: Actress and activist, Susan Sarandon made a statement through her life and work that encourages the pursuit of justice. In 2000, CITYarts named her our Lady of Justice and invited her to work with our youth at Simon Baruch Junior High School. Together they created a plexiglass mural inside the school’s auditorium which remains as a testament to always strive for justice.
