In my art I enjoy exploring incongruences between two and three dimensionality. I am a process based artist and my pieces are often constructed by layering and modifying shapes that build into recognizable forms and patterns: an arc, a wave, a column, a tower. The work’s ensuing narratives are the stories of its making, the choices involved in its creation, and the effects of the resulting relationships between materials, form and space.
